Our rates offer a great value! Our private vacation homes are an average of at least 1500 square feet of living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, spacious bedrooms and at least 2 bathrooms. Also use of all of the onsite recreation amenities and linen exchange is included. Standard stay is 2 night minimum. Special Events and holidays may require 3-night minimum.
Seasonal 1 night stays require an additional $25 surcharge & are only available for 1-3 bedroom chalets. Please contact our office to inquire about availability
of
1 night stays. Taxes not included: 7% sales tax and 3% hotel/motel tax.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
and changes to existing reservations. We require a 14-day
advanced notice of any cancellation OR any downsizing of an
existing reservation for
1, 2, 3 bedroom chalet rentals; and a 30-day notice is
required for any 4, 5 and 6 bedroom units, and the Lodge. If
you are making a reservation within these timeframes (less
than 14 or less than 30 days) we allow a 24 hour grace
period for changes and cancellations. Your Deposit is
forfeited if we are not notified within these timeframes of
your cancellation and/or changes.
Included with your stay at no additional charge is FREE Linen Exchange, wireless internet access, use of our
recreation facilities including, swimming, tennis, boating, fishing, putt-putt, basket ball, volleyball and more.
No additional charges for Equipment use via checkout at our onsite management office.
