Our Rentals Include as part of the daily rate:
Linen Exchange, Wi-Fi internet access, use of our all of our recreation facilities are at no additional charge to our guests, free equipment rental and our management office is onsite for guest information. Now Offering designated "Pet Friendly" chalets!

Use our Reservations widget to Plan Your Stay. You will find it on just about every page of our site.
Simply enter the dates you wish to stay, the number of people - adults and children - and select the Rate for the number of bedrooms you need. Please note the maximum number retrictions per rate here.
If you meet the requirements, use one of our Promo codes. If you do not meet the requirements, and enter a code, the system will not return available results.
Based on your entries, available chalets will display. Detailed descriptions and a link to a map of the village is provided. Click the chalet picture to see a slideshow or you can click the link to the map and see more pictures and features. To check availability, use the widget
ONLINE BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS
1. How do I find a an available chalet?
In the Plan Your Stay widget, enter your arrival and departure dates, number of adults and children, select a rate information. Then click Check Availability.
2. How do I find those that have features I am looking for?
Each of our chalets are different and we offer units on the lake, in the woods, with ramps, fireplaces, screened porches, smaller meeting rooms, different layouts, pet-friendly, etc. You can find this information by looking at the Chalet Details from the Village Map or within the detailed descriptions that accompany each cabin in the Check Availability screen that is part of the booking process.
3. What is my total balance due?
The Availability Screen displays the cost and deposit requirement of each cabin for rent based on your selections. Once you select an available chalet, and enter your billing information a detailed statement is provided showing your Deposit credit and your remaining balance for the chalet.
IMPORTANT: Additional charges for Pets or other surcharges and/or discounts are verified and applied at Check-in and an updated balance is provided to you. Please be sure to note in the space provided if you have pets you plan to bring and any other special needs.
4. Do I get a confirmation receipt?
Yes! Our system processes your required deposit payment and gives you a confirmation number and letter at the time of your booking.
If there are any issues, our staff will contact you during business hours: 8:30am-5:30 pm daily.
5. What types of payment do you accept and when is my full balance due?
We accept Visa/Mastercard and American Express. The balance of your stay is due at Check-in. Check-in time is 3pm-6pm. If you need to arrive later than 6 pm, please let our office know in advance.
6. I selected a chalet, but it's not the one I want, can I choose another one?
Yes. If you have not paid the deposit and completed the booking process, just go back and select different chalet. If you have already completed the full booking process however, you will need to call our office to change the reservation. Your deposit can be redirected for you. All reservations criteria is go thru a final validation check at the END of the booking process.
7. I have a group to reserve, can I reserve more then one at a time?
We prefer that groups contact our office directly so that we can assist with group billing and other arrangements your group my need.
All cabins are subject to availability. Although every effort is made to honor a specific cabin request, events beyond our control may require us to re-assign you to a comparable unit. We will contact you if there are any changes needed.
A deposit is required. Please read our Cancellation Policy. You are required to present your credit card at check-in for the balance of your stay. Please contact the PMCC Office if you have additional questions info@pmccresort.com or call:
