Rental Policies
Please download our RENTAL POLICIES (pdf) for complete information. Online Reservations will be provided a copy as part of the booking and confirmation process. There is no charge for use of our onsite amenities, including Wi-Fi access or for use of recreation equipment available at our office.
Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. Specials must be booked by calling our office 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM daily. Specials cannot be combined. Deposits require credit card only. Balance can be paid by cash or credit cards (We honor MasterCard, Visa and American Express). No Checks. The balance of your stay is due at checkin. If you are not able to arrive before 6 PM, please contact our office to settle your balance due and arrange for a key. Keys cannot be left until balance due is paid. Each cabin must have a valid credit card on file for incidentals. See RENTAL POLICIES (pdf) for more information.
Standard stay is 2 night minimum. Special Events and holidays may require 3-night minimum. Seasonal 1 night stays only available for 1-3 bedroom units and requires an additional $25
surcharge fee. One Night Stays must be paid in full in advance. Please contact our office to inquire. Rates below do not include additional 7% sales tax or 3% hotel/motel tax required.
RESERVATION REQUIREMENTS – A valid credit card is required to make a reservation. Please do not reserve online if desired date is within 48 hours. Please call the office and speak to a reservations agent. For balance of your stay, PMCC accepts Cash, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Money Orders. PMCC will not accept checks or money orders for reservation deposits. The balance of your stay is due at check-in.
RESERVATION CONFIRMATION – Confirmation of the reservation will be
mailed or emailed to Guest(s) upon receipt of the Reservation Advanced Payment
deposit. Please review your confirmation details for accuracy of dates, mailing address, phone numbers and arrival time, number of adults and/or children, chalet assignment and rate. Please contact PM CC office within 24 hours if there are errors. Beyond the 24 hour window, refer to cancellation policy.
Occupancy is limited to REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY. Absolutely no overnight visitors are allowed without prior arrangements made in advance to PMCC. For Day Guests and Additional Guests see below.
ADDITIONAL OVERNIGHT GUESTS (More than the reservation agreement states) – Additional guests must be pre-approved by PMCC and there will be a charge of $20 per person per night. This includes all children of all ages.
DAY GUESTS – Chalet renters may have additional day guests. A day guest is defined as someone who arrives on the property after 9 am and departs before 9 pm daily. Day Guest passes cost $5 per guest. Please inquire and register all day guests at office. Each chalet is limited to the number of day guests equal to the number of registered guests per chalet. For example, a 3 bedroom chalet with 6 registered guests can have up to 6 day guests.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
1, 2, 3 bedroom chalets require 14-day prior notice. 4, 5, 6 bedroom chalets and the 8 bedroom lodge require 30-day notice of cancellation.
Chalet descriptions and pictures of each chalet can be found using the Plan Your Stay widget or the Interactive Village Map. Your deposit is required and the balance of your stay is due upon arrival (if one night, balance is due in advance. )

locate for Pet-Friendly chalets and those that have our small meeting rooms and other features. Our chalets are privately-owned and each one is unique based on the owners personal taste. Rates may be subject to availability and are subject to change without notice.
ABOUT OUR 1 and 2 BEDROOM RENTALS:
Our chalets were originally built as 3-bedroom units. When renting 1 or 2 bedroom units, the " extra" bedrooms are locked off allowing you to use the living/dining/kitchen areas and the number of bedrooms based on rates above. This option allows couples or small families to enjoy the benefit of renting the chalet at a lower rate. Bedding types can vary by chalet. If you have any questions,
please call our office for clarification and details about particular units
and 1 and 2 bedroom rentals.
Excessive Cleaning Charges may be charged if chalet is not left in good condition.
Pet Friendly Chalets Policy:

Please contact our reservation office to reserve a Pet-Friendly Chalet.
- All pets must be disclosed at the time the reservation is made.
- Only select units are available and a pet waiver must be signed at guest check-in.
- Dogs only, NO cats are allowed.
- There is a $25.00 per night pet fee (max. $100.00) with a maximum of two dogs per chalet.
- Pets must be on a maximum 6' foot leash and under control of the owner at all times when outside the unit.
- Dogs must never be left inside unattended unless crated.
- Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after the dog inside (hair, water, etc.) and outside (bathroom).
- Additional cleaning charges can occur if the pet is allowed on furniture or bedding.
- Pet owner is fully responsible for damages to the unit or injuries to other guests or staff.
- Pets are not allowed in the lake, the pool area, tennis courts or any other specific amenity building.
- Pets and their owners found barking, whining, or creating a disturbance to other guests or pets found to be in non-pet-friendly units or pets that were not registered will pay a fine of $200.00 and may be asked to leave the property without a refund.
