Where are you located?
We are located near Pine Mountain, GA on Hwy 18, just 1 mile west of Callaway Gardens, 5 miles easy of I-185 (exit #), 75 miles south of Atlanta, and 35 miles north of Columbus, GA. Click here for map.

How far are you away from Callaway Gardens?
We are located just 1 mile from Callaway Gardens' entrance at the intersection of Hwy 18 and Hwy 354. Click here for map.

Do you provide linens?
Yes! All chalets come with towels and bedding. Linens can be exchanged daily at our office from 8:30-5:30.

What utensils are in the kitchen?
Our chalet kitchens are fully-equipped with your basic dishware, glassware, pots and pans, silverware, basic cooking utensils, coffee maker, toaster, microwave oven, cook-top range oven, and full-sized refrigerators. Our chalets are privately owned and these items are furnished by the owners. We ask that if you share with your neighboring chalets, please be sure to return items to their original location. If items are missing, please let our office know.

Do you need a fishing license to fish?
No, you do not need a license and there is no charge to use our boating equipment. You can check-out equipment at our office from 8:30-5:30. We have bass, bream, crappie and a few catfish in our lake. We also have turtles!

Do you have gas grills?
Our chalets are equipped with charcoal grills only. Charcoal and lighter fluid are not provided. Please remember to extinguish all coals after use.

Where is the closest grocery store and what time does it close?
Pine Mountain has an IGA (706) 663-2293 and several smaller convenience stores all within 2 miles. Times vary. Contact merchants for more information. Link to Superpages list of merchants.

Do you allow pets?
Yes! We allow pets only in certain designated pet-friendly chalets and additional fees do apply. See our PET POLICY information for details.

Do you offer Internet access?
Yes, we have wireless (Wi-Fi) internet available at our village for no additional charge to our registered guests. Note: Internet access availability cannot be guaranteed, nor do we provide IT support.

Do you provide firewood?
Yes, each chalet with a fireplace has wood located in an area beside the chalet.
