  1. How do I find a chalet?

    Enter your desired arrival and departure dates. Then select any other criteria by
    checking any of the checkboxes. You can  leave the checkboxes blank to see ALL available
    chalets for your dates. Our system lets you FIND and SELECT a chalet BEFORE
    you proceed to Enter your Information to make a reservation. You can also go to our
    VILLAGE MAP and click the lots to see that Chalet’s information.

 

  1. What is my total balance due?

    Our site DOES NOT calculate your ENTIRE STAY amount due. Only the required
    DEPOSIT.
    The DEPOSIT is not necessarily equal to your Daily Rate.

 

  1. Do I get a confirmation receipt?

    Paypal will give you a receipt of payment when you pay your deposit.
    Our staff will review your reservation during office hours and send you your
    Confirmation Slip via email or mail to you with 48 hours. That
    confirmation slip will contain YOUR BALANCE DUE and your PMCC
    Reservation Confirmation Number.

 

  1. Do I have to have a PayPal account to pay the deposit?

    No. We use Paypal's processing system, but you DO NOT have to have a PayPal
    account. It's accepts Visa/Mastercard/AMEX. Just look for the Continue
    button on the PAYPAL page.

 

  1. I selected a chalet, but it’s not the one I want, can I choose another one?

    Yes. If you select a chalet and then want to remove it, simply click REMOVE CHALET and
    then click another one from the Search Results area. The Find results for each chalet have two areas.
    The left, where the chalet # is, if clicked will select that chalet and place that in your reservation que.
    The right side has a magnifying glass that when clicked takes you to the chalet details where you can
    view more details and pictures as well as rates for that particular unit.

 

  1. Can I start over and try new dates and search criteria?

    Yes. Click Start Over to clear the Results, or just change the date
    select new criteria and select another chalet.

 

  1. I have a group to reserve, can I reserve more then one at a time?

    Yes! You can make MULTIPLE selections if you are reserving
    for a group needing more than 1 chalet. Just select each unit you want
    from the search results. The Deposit due will accrue accordingly.

 

  1. How do I complete the reservation process?

    You MUST click CONTINUE to go to the next screen. This alerts us and give you the
    opportunity to check your info.You MUST go to the next screen to redirect to PayPal
    and pay your deposit. You MUST pay the deposit to make a reservation.

 

  1. I clicked Continue, but I don’t want to make a reservation.
    That’s OK, the staff will receive an email of the information you entered
    so that we can follow-up with you if needed.

 

Our staff will review you reservation and:

a) call/email you if there are questions

b) send you a confirmation via email within 48 hours

 

All cabins are subject to availability. Although every effort is made to

honor a specific cabin request, events beyond our control may require us to

re-assign you to a comparable unit. Once our staff has reviewed your

reservation you will be sent a CONFIRMATION of your information and chalet

assignment via email.

 

  1. I completed my reservation payment in PayPal. Now what?

    After you complete the PayPal portion or the process, there is a large bar
    on the Paypal page that says "Return to Pine Mountain Club Chalets". Click that to return
    to PMCC site.

 

This payment is your deposit only. You are required to present your credit

card at check-in for the balance of your stay. Please contact the PMCC
